A Rare Sight

This was a rare sight in these times, a plane leaving a skytrail as the sun went down

Onto something to cheer us up, Apple blossom
Slightly pink going on here
Clouds behind
Remember the tree last week it was a Horse Chestnut tree or Conker tree as all the kids know them.
Nearby a garden down you can see this beautiful Oak tree, it sheds leaves in the Autumn most of which seem to end up in our garden
Happy Skywatch

  6. That's a beautiful oak. Yup, not many contrails in my sky either. Kind of a nice change!

  7. True, here with us also rarely, a strip of conformity in the sky ;-)
    But the bloom is magical!

  8. Gotta love trees though, no matter how big they get. Good shot with the sky though

  10. Those apple blossoms are gorgeous. You are right about the planes in the sky. A lot less of them these days.

  11. I've noticed some similar blooms on recent walks, but don't believe they were apple blossoms. Regardless it was lovely to see these and brightened up a gloomy day here.
