This blog is to showcase some of the photo's I've taken, the pictures can be from my archive of many years or taken recently. They are from where I live and the various places I have been. I hope Enjoy my work and come back to visit again
This week The Church Explorer takes to to Kingstone Lisle and the church of St John the Baptist which was built in 1200 and still has the 14th century murals on the walls.
Hi Bill, You know, it is hard for me to get my mind wrapped around being able to go out and take some neat pictures of a building constructed in 1200. Of course, that was way before Columbus even stepped ashore over here. Wow. Thanks for sharing your photos. Have a great weekend!

This one has character.
I can't even comprehend this. Something built nine hundred years ago? Still standing? Amazing.
Nice! I would love to go inside.
