Well yes it was Halloween on Sunday evening and I did get a few photos of some of the displays going on around the area.
This macabre decoration was on the steps of the old lock keepers cottage I showed last week on Tuesday and Fridays posts
This set was in the front garden of a house on the edge of the village
Dismembered skeleton on a swing
But this was my favourite which I called death of rats, just a shame they did not thing to put a cloak and scythe on him
This one looked even better with the little skeleton in the shrub
Have a Gooooood week

Spooky pumpkin carvings and skeletons and Grim Reaper! The dismembered arms in photo number one gave me chills--appropriate for Halloween!
People go to a lot of trouble these days on their displays. You found some great ones to show here.
It was very creepy that one
They do though the one place I had hoped would do something did not.
I love seeing the Halloween displays there. People really do a lot of spooky stuff!
These are creative!
It looks like your neighbors really get into the Halloween spirit!

Cool decors. I love the rat skeleton.
Worth a Thousand Words
Oh those are great! I love them all.
Fun stuff! Skeletons seem to get bigger every year.
Yes a lot more than they used to
People are getting very creative now
Quite a few do
So did I
Yes the best of the ones I saw
And smaller with a couple I have seen
Wow!
Thanks for sharing your link at My Corner of the World this week!
