More Rutherford Skys

After last weeks post of the sunsets of the skys over where I work on the Rutherford site at Diamond Light Source  (I might add were taken at the end of October) I could not help but take some of the skys as I came out on my way out to go home.

This was Tuesday evening and the Red colored clouds
Ok this is dawn from out of my back door and the vapor trails from planes on Wednesday
Home time and another wonderful sky to behold.
Home on Thursday showed no wonderful sunset but the moon came out. Have a great weekend.

Great pictures! The sky can be really beautiful, and I often realize, to late, that I should have brought my camera to work...

I could stare at the sky forever. I swear I can see a planet from my patio. It's super huge (like ten times bigger than a star) and SO bright. I hear Venus is the easiest to see.

I could not tell you one from the other though I do like looking at the stars on a cloudless winter night

Fantastic skies! We had a sunset at the coast that looked so much like your top photo. So cool to see the moon there too. Do you ever submit your cloud photos to the Cloud Appreciation Society? A wonderful, informative website.

No I've never heard of it but I will have a look.
