Very festive. I've never seen anything quite like that before. The only thing of note on top of a postbox in Cambridge were some iron spikes put there to deter students from climbing on top and I think they've been removed on health and safety grounds.
I've never seen a post office topper. This yarn bomber did a really nice job. Looks like crocheted base and knit figurines. This took quite a bit of work. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
