    1. It's an old Mangle used for wringing out the washing. My mum had one years ago. This person painted theirs up and put it in the front garden

    2. Funny. Mangle isn't a word I know, so I had to look it up. My grandma had a wringer washer but it didn't look like that. Hers had a bowl at the bottom. The base on this reminds me of my grandma's (same grandma) old sewing machine.

  4. nice, I prefer seeing it as a refurbished piece of art rather than ending on a landfill. might get useful some day - one never knows.
