Took this a few years ago when I was walking round Oxford, it just amused me. So after seeing Andy's bike on his blog Eye Candy the other day I felt it needed showing.

Not sure where they would put all the confiscated bikes in Oxford if they decided to take action.
I know the police have an auction of bikes a couple of times a year
