Really interested in your posts about the Thames. I am just about to start walking the Thames path from the Barrier to the source. Not in one go but hopefully during July and August.
The path passes on the opposite side to this. I've walked a lot of the path and it runs past our village so let me know when your in the area and we can meet up.

Wow, there is a sinliliar house in S. Ont. at Sibbald Point Park. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.

It does I have to admit
is now it has been painted, looked a bit jaded a few years ago
We can only dream. How I would love to inherit this home.
Not sure I'd want the running cost of it though but if you had the money you would not worry about it.
Gotta put on my walking shoes and give it a go . . . sounds wonderful.
