I recently visited the town to take some photos of the church there but I also took a few around Town for you as well and one of the first places I passed was the world famous Teddy Bear Shop
You cannot miss it along New Street
Or the sign outside
It takes up the whole of the building you see across the street
Each window has a display of Teddy Bears
Teddy Bears look at you and entice many a child and parent to come in not doubt many being dragged away in tears
Windows on New Street
and also on Bell Street
Paddington Bear in the window waiting to be looked after, you can visit the shop if you are in the town and you can see the Teddy Bears on their website
Next week I will show you some more of Henley on Thames

I hope they all find good homes! I have a very small Paddington myself which I found on the roadside some years ago. Of course it had a label saying "Please look after this bear", so I did.
Always good to look after a lost Bear

This was a timely post to read as we recently went to another well-known teddy bear factory here in New England, The Vermont Teddy Bear Company. We had a successful trip and bought bears for 2 new babies and a unicorn for a granddaughter. We would really enjoy shopping at the teddy bear factory in this post...maybe one day.
