Wallingford is changing on a regular basis early this year I noticed this bike shop had close and moved premises
around the back it looked like this
Months later the building beside it was finished and awaited businesses to open on the ground and above people to purchase the flats
the old shop had bee demolished
around the back hording had bone up
and the parking area empty, all that was left was some empty ground
This is what will takes its place, just have come back later to see how it is going

Construction going on all the time and going to look quite attractive.
I like how it looks at the front now, do you think the back will have carparks or will something else be put in there.
Many businessses are closing. I wonder if this one will move elsewhere.
Quite a change! I'm looking forward to seeing how the finished building looks.
It did, across the road in the old Pettits building
And in a few months everyone will have forgotten what was there before. Glad that Wallingford people can still get spares for their bikes.
We are quite lucky really, there has always been a bike shop in Wallingford, A few miles away in Didcot is Halfords but there is another bike shop called Mountain Mainia there as well. The owner lives in our village and I know his dad so no problems
It doesn't take long to demolish something.
