Watch this space

A trip to the vets the other day with our dog meant passing this bungalow that was up for sale

A closer look at the sign showed a smaller one telling you of a development opportunity. On checking the planing for the property you can find plans passed for a development of three houses on the site.
I'll be watching this with interest as there is another property near were I live in the same position.

Earlier this year there was a detached bungalow here, this is all that remained in February

Come October and they were putting the finishing touches to the two properties that took it's place

  1. That's OK as long as they fit in with the surrounding buildings.

  2. Infill housing is often done here as well. Sometimes the new places horribly clash with the surrounding neighbourhood.

  5. Hello Bill!
    Is the dog healthy?
I like the English red brick houses.
It's an interesting architecture and the houses are beautiful.

  6. There is a lot of that going on here too. In fact, I found a street near me over last weekend that was full of all kinds of infill development. It surprised me.

  7. In Maryland, I feel disgusted because they keep destroying forest areas to build condos/townhomes. We moved to a rural area to avoid all these cookie cutter houses, but they're inching closer to our area each day.

I hope your pup is doing well.
