Congratulations Bill. You've shared some lovely photos of what looks like an interesting place for this blog post. It's good to see the blue sky, the splendid house surrounded by beautiful countryside and the walled garden with that well-mown grass.

Hi Bill
The black squirrels are just a different color that the grey ones have - it is a recessive gene and there can be a mix of grey babies & black babies in one litter. I think we actually have more of the black ones around here.
