Do you think by any chance the owner has taken them with him?
Gee, so much for keeping your bike safe from theft!
There is one like that on our street but also has no seat & no handlebars!
One wonders what's the point to taking that much off just to discourage theft.
Oh my! Where are his wheels?
It's a good thing they chained it up! ;-)
Makes me wonder if this is a way to keep that bike from being stolen, or if the tires were stolen from it. Mmmm?
Parked or abandoned? Judging by the rusty chain its been left behind.
LOL! Poor bike.
I think a couple of you hit the nail on the head. Someone nicked the wheels and the owner has left it. I'll see if it os there next time I visit
