This is a nice mural. Yes, it's too bad taggers think they have to deface works of art.
It's too bad about the tags. The murals are very simple. I like the historic aspect of them!
Nice photos, Bill!
Yes they are a dam pain in the butt so to speak
So do I but would like to know the meaning behind them
Thank you very Much
The expression on the little nurse's face is haunting.
What a sweet paintings in a corridor, I like the images.
Hari OM
Good sequence; tying it in with the previous, given the migration of background in the depiction, I wonder if the subject is, in fact, 'migration'?? It's a theory anyway... YAM xx
I thought that as well, sort of scary
There are a couple more to come yet
I don't know but will ask
What a shame a tagger has defaced this!
We cal them Chavs in Scotland they call them Neds but either way they are midless morons for doing this
Those are interesting figures on the mural!
I like the faded glory feeling to them both.
love the red cross on the nurses - but her face is far to young for a nurse
Yes they are, I still have a few more to go yet
Think that is down to the paint used
I wondered if it was a couple of children playing when I saw it
The Girl looks so sad ... And it's a interesting Story for me, the view under the bridge with the history aspect.
Your right she does look sad and the biy is not much happier
This tile mural is far more extensive than I imagined. It's good to see the details. I wonder if there's a way to clean off the tagging since the tile images are protected through the glazing process. Thanks, Bill, for contributing to this week's Monday Mural. Hope you can find more murals to share with us.
Still got a couple more yet then I'll find something to post
Very artful murals! I look forward to seeing the rest.
