I saw a car almost like that this afternoon. It was in the lane next to me. No steam rising out of it though.

O they were fine, they stole the car and when they finished driving it around they burnt it.
They steal cars and burn them out there as well then
Nothing so simple, it was stolen and then burnt bit of a pass time in parts of this country
