Spring has Sprung

1st April it was nice & sunny so I took a walk around the garden to see how the plants were growing

This flower bed was bursting with colour

The blues and yellows complimenting each other

Even had some snake head flatteries

a beautiful display of tulips

Daffodils around the rose

Marsh Marigolds flowering

Primroses in the daffodils

And second magnolia in full bloom

  5. Always amazed how similar the UK is to the North Pacific Coast. Daffodils are the herald of spring here, too, with tulips and hyacinths, and star magnolias that are all flower and no leaf. (And the crocus, which precede all of them.) Your garden could be right here.

    Beautiful shots!
