Motorway Sky

A few photos I took on the M4 motorway on our way to Wales the other week.

The junction 13 interchange, on this part you turn left to go down the A34 and right to join the M4 motorway where we are heading

M4 motorway , my wife commented that the traffic was light no doubt because of what is going on in the middle east. The signs are for roadworks which are a blight on the motorways

This was the reason for them, they slung a new bridge in place over the winter and are still finishing the abutments

Bristol turn off, I've taken this in the past when I went do work at the university

The blue bridge, well it's been painted, normally some idiot has tagged it. I say idiot because its a rail bridge and a busy one.

M4 going past Bristol. Most times the traffic is nose to tail and all the lanes are in use today it is reasonably quiet

Outside Bristol now going to the cross the River Severn, if you look dead center you can see the old Seven Bridge which is now used by the M48

The Prince of Wales Bridge where the M4 crosses the River Severn

Coming to the center of the bridge

No we are in Wales where the old toll booths used to be, one we had to pay to use the bridge now it's free. I'll show more nest time
