A Christmas visit to Didcot Railway Center was on the cards over the weekend
Lined up on display
Got their Santa hats on
Two of the bigger engines
King Edward II I've seen this flying through our station on the main line
One of the trains taking passengers for ride
On the other line this one was doing the same
Smoking away
Nempnett Thrubwell, Ubley I'd never heard of the place till now,it's in Somerset
This used to deliver milk to a creamery in Wallingford till the place closed and the line pulled up
Big crane, I'd like to see this in use
I will leave you with this train with a head of steam

These are all GREAT photos.
They look like pictures from a storybook. “I think I can, I think I can…”
I adore old trains and train rides. Trains with hats are a new high.
