Back at the Oracle

Remember a while ahgo I posted a few photos of the Oracle shopping well this year it suffered in the flooding and here is what it looked like on Monday

Looking towards the Watlington road bridge

Not a lot of clearance there

Don't think any one will be walking there for awhile. The Thames had gone down around half a meter last time I looked but as you can see the Kennet is still backed up.

Wow, I heard about the terrible flooding on the news. I hope the water recedes quickly. Enjoy your week ahead!

Meanwhile California is drying up and they are having an extreme drought. Wish Mother Nature could split the difference with this weather.

Wow - the water is still really high. I'm thinking dry thoughts for your area.

We've got it a lot easier in the north. Drove through Oxfordshire a week or so ago - it was terrible!

Quite the transformation - not for the better. Trust your own feet continue to stay dry. YAM xx
