Jumping Spider

Some Tomatoes

Last week I showed how our garden has changed over the year, this week I thought I would show how my Green house was getting along and the tomatoes I am growing. I started off a moth or so ago growing seed, a lot of seed so much that a couple of weeks ago I put a table out the front of my house with a sign telling people to take a plant. the table was more or less full and over two days they were all taken apart of one.

These are the ones I kept for myself in the greenhouse, they are growing well now with the first truss showing

At the far end you will find my Cucumbers and Aubergines

There are also chill plants growing though small yet they will not be long in getting bigger

Couple of trays with salad leaves and onions, the salad leaves have started already if you look, they were only sewn a couple of days ago

At the back of the greenhouse more tomatoes

And my wife had some over on the side of the patio in colourful pots

I'll leave you with a few of the more sweeter smelling plants we have by the back door

One day of Sky

Some more photos from one of my Welsh trips, these were taken at different times of the day

First thing we too our dog for a walk around the lake, the sheep looked on from a nearby field

The cloudy sky's over Llandrindod Wells area

Not sure what flowers these are but they were growing near the lake

Evening another walk a little longer this time and again the sheep were watching us go by

Some were the others no bothered

Remember looking at the hill behind well 15 minuets later we were looking back down.

Happy Skywatch

A walk around the garden

This week I though a change was needed so we will have a walk around the garden again

This are is new, we only dug the ground and planted it back in April

The pond has now been here over a year and my wife was overjoyed to find we had newts and dragonfly nymphs in there.

This part has been evolving over the past few years and now is a well stoked flower bed

This beautiful Clematis grows in the flowerbed

Tucked away behind the flower beds you will find this little cosy area where we quite often have our coffee.

More Welsh Skys

This week I though I would show some Welsh sky's I took when I was down there  the other week, face it I cannot help but take them when they look so good. Photos were taken on my iPhone

Always on the look out for Skywatch I looked back at the hillside

I could see the moon

The sun giving a halo behind the cloud

Finally a look at the bigger picture

No lets take  look at a bigger one still with a panoramic
Happy Skywatch
