It's normal for me to miss the sunset and see the afterglow, this evening was no different
Best place was out of the bathroom window and after taking the photo which uploaded to my laptop and Google photos I found the photo had been enhanced by them
This was the original photo
Over the top of the houses a beautiful glow
Pink clouds out the back
A couple more looking south
Overhead the moon through the rain dirtied window

The tiny sliver of moon-glow is a reminder of how small we truly are in the universe.
I think often the afterglow can be prettier than the sunset. Wonderful photos!
I wish my kitchen faces the west so that I could capture the sunset.
