Take an old Box

I though about buying a trug to grow some more crops in the greenhouse then I my wife said why not uses a storage box. So I remembered I had an old spare one in my garage
So I stuck it on the bench
Marked up where the holes go for drainage
 Drill them
Fit some batons on the base and you are ready to fill it with compost
And some seedlings to grow on
If you wonder  how the rest of the plants are, here you are. If you would like to see what else I have done then have a look at this link for the Alton Greenhouse

A great way to repurpose something you already had. Looks like your garden is thriving.

Sturdy plastic storage boxes are great for growing plants, and usually a lot less expensive than anything in the garden center. Beautiful tomato plants!

Your home grown produce looks good. My husband uses all sorts of containers in the same way; old washing up bowls, a recycling box that's not needed now that we have a large council recycling bin for paper and cardboard etc.

Gosh your garden is outstanding! You will be enjoying the bounty for a long time, especially if you freeze or can your produce.
