Sky at Burford
Bit of a taster for Our World Tuesday this. The Place is Burford and it was taking on the 29th January where my wife & i went for the day to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As you can see it was reasonably clear but very cold & snowed on the way home.

That's a beautiful scene
lovely sky above this street scene Bill.
Looks like a lovely street to explore. Is it lined with stores and cafes?
Congratulations on your wedding anniversary. A lot of great little pubs in Burford from what I can remember!
Looks cold. Happy anniversary!
Great sky and cool street scene.
Beautiful sky and scenery! I like that house on the left side!
It certainly has the feel of a winter scene for your area.
Burford looks like a fun place to visit. Happy Anniversary. Love street scenes. Beautiful sky.
Nice contrast between the street scene, the shadows, and the skies.
Hello Bill
I'm visiting from Karen's Sunlit Sunday.
Burford to me is the quintessential English town and your lovely photo brings back memories for me.
I visited in summer many years ago when my son was working in London and we rented a car and toured the Cotswolds.
We had dinner at the pub and stayed at a lovely B & B on a farm a short distance from the village!
Beautiful memories thank you.
I've joined your followers as I enjoy photography too.
Shane
You might remember this place as well then.

Cold but painterly...
The red car is a jolt of color in the landscape.
Looks like a lovely place to celebrate an anniversary!
It does look like a cold and crisp winter day. I've not yet had the pleasure of visiting Burford but have heard of its beauty. Happy Belated Anniversary to you and your wife, Bill!
