I'd love to wander that downtown - lots of interesting shops and I like the idea of a pedestrian zone.
You have painted Reading in a beautiful light. Not always an easy thing to accomplish.
I'd love to be walking down that street -- window shopping!!! Construction -- it's everywhere here.
