The Prudental Building


This was one of the buildings that was built for the insurance company Prudental during the 1980's when they demolished the old Huntley & Palmers factory, you can see how it looked by clicking on the link.

 It's not a particularly  nice building but I did notice something on the roof just right of the center  Buddleia had started growing there.

hhmmm - must have been cheaper than maintaining the original facade, as is done in other places. Perhaps all the butterflies the buddleia will attract might pep it up a bit!! I will say you have framed it nicely and well done on the roof shot! YAM xx

No more like the building was not grade II so not listed which let the developers do what they wanted. I feel the town lost a lot of history when it was torn down.
