I took these a few weeks ago to put on Street View the first two because there was none showing for the place and the last one I just happend to see the sky above and thought it looked great

Few weeks ago I was on a photography course in the village of Ardington, for the last 15 mins we went out for some practical work and I wandered down one end of the village I had not seen coming across the village War Memorial

Got to admit I visited the church but did not venture around this end of the road

The Seat is a memorial to Lord Wantage who live in the village and was love by all

The inscription to Lord Wantage on the seat. He is buried in the churchyard

Taken a few weeks ago now when my wife & I went for a visit to the Elan Valley in Wales. we stopped off at one point and I quickly took a couple of photos near Point Elan

Ivans Sunflower

Last year a guy I worked with who we all knew as Ivan (His real name was William) passed away after a log fight with an illness he had. At his funeral we were all encouraged to take some Sunflower Seeds and plant them in his Memory. I took a few packets and out of the first packet a couple survived to grow into what you see. Now every time I see a sunflower I will remember Ivan

There is a tree near our garden where you often see birds sat on the top like this little fellow

But you normally see this one

Who get a bit bored at times

& fly's off to see his friends

but then comes back to the tree

an lands again

has a shake

surveys his domain
