Sky Floods

More up to date  with this blog as the photos were only taken last week when I went into Wallingford to see the height of the river Thames. If you saw the photos on Tuesday it would have been a teaser for this one

The River Thames looking dirty from the rain causing the flooding

Wallingford Bridge with blue skys peeking through the clouds

St Peters Church with it's spire that stands out

Wider view of the church and bridge

I'm down on the river bank here looking across the river

Wider shot of the scene

I looked across the river to the boathouse here took in the seat and thought that is a photo for BBC Weather watch. Next day it was on Oxfordshire Big Picture

Beautiful photos. I hope the flooding wasn't too overwhelming or damaging. I'd heard about a lot of rain but not about the floods.
