The Nuffield Orthopedic Hospital is part of the Oxford Group of Hospitals which are all in Headington and not a great distance from each other. I took my son there for a scan so while he was there I took a walk around to get some photos. I'm useing the blog for SkyWatch Friday as well
As you come in the main entrance this is the first building you see
The main entrance to the hospital
With other parts going back up towards the entrance road
And where you will see this sculpture which is a display of sunflowers
They must have looked stunning when first erected
This I read was where the engineered artificial limbs
Hemophiliac ward, its an older building to the rest of the place
Walking around the place I came across this horse sculpture
It glowed when you looked from one angle, but as it was towards the sun I could not get a nice view
After the horse I walked back up to where I took the first photo and took this photo of a place you would miss when you drove to the carpark.
Happy Skywatch

Beautiful photos.
Love the sunflower sculpture.
It looks new-ish and modern. Love the sunflowers under those pretty skies!
The clouds seem to roll in and out....#Skywatch
That hospital has some nice artwork with it.
Looks like a nice place.
The horse statue must have a good story behind why it's erected there.
