Some Bee Photos

Back in July I took a few photos of bees on some of the flowers in our garden

They seemed to love the giant globe thistles

And were all over them

Even the thistle made a good subject

So many different bees

A few days later we found this one on the doorstep

I'm not sure what was up with it but I moved the poor thing some where safer where it would not get trod on.
Take Care

Beautiful shots! We've noticed a decline in the number of pollinators and I try to do what I can to keep them coming back.

Such bee-utiful photos! Love seeing the bees there. There haven't been many here this summer. It's been a quiet summer for insects.

I love seeing the big bumble bees. I guess this one thought that was a good spot to rest. You sure are sweet to move it. Beautiful mosaics!
