Progress

Progress works its way relentlessly along the Great Western Railway at  Reading. Gone are the days of Steam which I fondly remember to be replaced by Diesel Trains now even they are being replaced by Electric Trains the gantry's of which you can see in the distance at Reading Station and even that has been replaced with a new one.

I remember only too well the upheaval at Reading when I was there in the Summer. You have captured it really well.

That new station is very sleek and modern looking.

Yeah, a new extension of our light rail line is being built in my city right now. Same thing, they install overhead electrical lines. Interesting to see how other parts of the world build theirs.

We have nothing like that here in our area.

Nice new station although I love the old detailed, Victorian stations in Britain.

There's something about trains and railroads that fascinate the minds of young boys.
