There is a saying in the UK that if it rains on St Swithuns day it will do so for 40 days & nights. It did not look like it would when I took these photos.
This was taken around 2 pm in the courtyard at work
This was around 21:30 in the evening.
- St Swithun's day if thou dost rain
- For forty days it will remain
- St Swithun's day if thou be fair
- For forty days 'twill rain nae mare

I missed the skytrails from some planes a bit earlier then had to sort out which way look more dramatic to get the first one, the second is looking out of my drive.
