Clouds

If there is one thing I could always be sure of during this lock down it was seeing a blue sky and clouds. Taking photos of clouds is rewarding with the wonderful shapes you can see.

Sort of cuttlefish or may be some one running fast

not sure but  vapour of a plane wing. Might be stretching that one

Above back to the cuttlefish or was it a dolphin.

Missed the plane that left this one

Going with a humming bird

A feather floating in the sky

St Georges Day

It is St Georges Day in England, not that we celibate it with a bank holiday like it should be but people do in their own way as I noticed on my way to pick up a prescription from the vets this morning .

There is an ex schoolteacher who has a display case she puts teddies in celebrating something, I noticed St George
Not only that there is the Dragon he is about to slay
But this was the one I loved, a little girl had dressed her teddy for the occasion in a Scout neckerchief and woggle. waving the  flag of St George

Sky over the quarry

I have been meaning to get a photo of this for a while, a few months ago this was farmland where last year crops were growing, it is no being turned into a gravel extraction quarry. I stopped quickly on the way to pick my son up from work. I had wanted to get a photo of it with the sun setting behind but not sure how I will do that when it opens

 Looks quite alien to me
This entrance road can bee seen being laid out in front of it

The fence here will soon begone and the gate to the quarry place here
