 The end of January and another suburb sunrise presented itself for me

Out of the bathroom window through the apple tree

Zooming out a to normal setting

Zoomed out

 

In a little with the oak tree

 

Even Google had a go adding an effect though I don't think it made much difference

January Dawn

 

I have been lucky with dawn skys so far this year they have been quite something to see, normally the sky is dull and cloudy but on this day I ought it just as it was glow on the horizon 

 

The bedroom always gives a good vista over the houses the glow of the sunrise

Christmas Eve

 

Sill in December and one I forgot about, Christmas Eve the excitement over the next day for kids would be getting to the high point. Me I was excited because I took the sunrise  

 

Out the bathroom window it looked glorious

 

The opposite way a Red Kite was up early looking for breakfast

 

The sky was on fire

I'm still getting through last months SkyWatch photos and these were taken on the 15th Dec when I noticed an orange tinge to the clouds

 

Looking out the front over the roof

 

turning around to a more southerly direction 

Then over the Oak tree

To the east the clouds on fire

As usual I missed the sunset

Not that it had been much of a day with the clouds

Looking west it was still grey

 

But the setting sun brightened some of it up

December sunrise

 

 The beginning of December my wife & I went off early to do some shopping, the sun was coming up so as I was a passenger I took a couple of shots out of the window at the junction. It called five ways because there is another road beside the one we are on and another opposite us so you have to look at  four other directions to make sure it is clear

The telephone pole was in the way

 So I took a second shot as we moved

My phone has an adobe express app I use and found out I could use AI to remove objects, so after using no pole

The first photo I took I used it on and it removed it perfect.

Glorious Sunrise

 

Happy New Year  to everyone I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are now ready for more SkyWatch photos. For me November brings some of the best sunrises you can see and I was lucky to notice this one through the shutters of the bedroom.

 

But I poked my head out of the bathroom window to get this one of the glowing sky

 

It just got better when I zoomed in a little

 

By the time I went outside the sky was turning pink
