Pishill Church

This week the Church Explorer visits Pishill Church which has no saint attributed to it. The church for me was minute decision to visit and hard to find but worth the effort for it history and association with nearby Stoner Park

  1. I can visualize an English country wedding there! It's uncluttered and the grass well kept - a blushing bride with a beautiful bouquet would look perfect in that setting!

Just saying - my own anniversary (number 56) coming up in March! Where the heck did all those years go?

  2. Wow though we were doing ok at number 37. Could not say where the years went, getting married now seems an age away even when I retired feels like that

  3. How unusual not to have a saint's name associated with the church.

  4. A lovely building, but I'm surprised to see head stones so close to the entrance. But what do I know? Not much about old English churches!
