More dragonflys
These were taken on the same little walk as this dragonfly
True story - When I was 12 I was attacked by about twenty Dragonflies. Everyone said they were harmless but out of nowhere a huge swarm of them came out of the woods and flew at my face. I had scratches everywhere.
We saw a red dragonfly today while walking in Manistique, Michigan but I was unable to get the camera into focus. I was thinking about your previous post when I saw them! Hope I haven't been too confusing on my blog about where I am all the time - I parcel out my trip photos, we've been back from Minnesota and South Dakota for a couple of weeks and just hit the road again to Michigan today. We'll be in Michigan for a week, then home until the middle of October when we hit the road again for Tennessee. By stretching out my posts it makes me feel like I'm still on vacation even when I'm not! It'll be hard this winter when we're housebound, then it's time to dig into the archives of photos from before I started blogging!
Not sure if I have ever seen a red one, must keep a lookout. Most of my phot are taken at weekend when I get out for a walk or on the odd vaction we have.
