St Thomas Goring

This week the Church Explorer republishes St Thomas Goring a beautiful church not far from the river Thames. I found a couple of the photos in the blog were missing due to being linked to an old Flickr account so I updated the blog with a few more photos and collages

Back in Wales

Finally after all that has been going on my wife & I made it back to Wales. While there we went our for a walk which was more to try to get my fitness back but while were were out it was rude not to take photos of the beautiful skys. They are all taken on the wide setting on my iphone

Looking across the field of sheep towards Llandrindod direction

Towards the camp site and Aberedew hill

Finally across the small lake with Aberedew hill behind. Come back Tuesday and you will see what is on the duck house

Rose Hill Cemetery (Oxford)

This week the Church Explorer republished a blog that he wrote back in 2019 on  Rose Hill Cemetery (Oxford), I've since revisited the place and taken a few more photos adding a grave I only found out about a little while before hand. As I have not managed to get out to visit any new churches I may well be republishing another next week

After the Rat

A couple of days after I too the rat on the run, I spotted some glorious blue sky and clouds

More or less near my back door looking south

East and a glow from the sun

Move towards where the sun rises blue sky and fluffy clouds

While I was in the garden I spotted the Marsh Marigolds were flowering nicely

The Red Robin started to change in the spring

I took this one this morning,

Rat on the Run

I must have been lucky with this one, after looking out and seeing a rather nice sunset I went upstairs to get a few photos

The cloud shape reminded me of a rat running

You make your mind up on what you see

East looked a clear sky

Went to the front window and took this shot of my rat

It really did look like a rat on the run, even got the reflection in the window
Happy Skywatch everyone

The day after

The day after getting out of Hospital I took a quick look around the garden

The tree that awaited planting along with a smaller one were flowering nicely

They were covered in-buds

Almost flowering

I still have to finish painting the new gate

Rambling rose is growing well

And the magnolia

But I was overjoyed to see these snakes heads growing

They always bring a smile to my face
Take care

Back again

Well after being in hospital for over a week in ICU being looked after I am home again on the care of my wonderful wife Issy. Truth is I don't know what I would do with out her. My sodium levels were so low I could have passed away, Lucky I was looked after well. My bloging is going to suffer for a wile yet especially the Church Explorer where I have to go and visit the church. Hopefully that will be not to far off but I can do Skywatch

Taken out the bathroom window one evening, the skys looked beautiful
The cloud contrasting the blue sky
with some accents of ping thrown in
The opposite way looking clear
The west the sun going away
Happy Sywatch
