Some photos I left out from the two days of misty morning I had back in September
On the way back down from above the mist the first time we went out from a walk, we were back in the mist on the way back down and passed a Fallen tree. Looking up it looked blury
The next day you could see blue sky
The trees blown down during some of the high winds that come through here
Mistry photos are lovely as are blue sky also ~ great landscape shots ~

DeleteNothing more useless than a windfarm that doesn't generate electricity. Things are different here lately, but some of the windfarms generated so much electricity during low demand times that they had to pay wholesalers to take it off their hands.
ReplyDeleteThat one bugs me as they just took the grant for building them for no reason
DeleteThere are a few wind farms here too, out of curiousity why does the one there not work?
ReplyDeleteThey just built them with a grant and there is no infrastructure to collect the power

DeleteThese are really awesome images! It's quite shocking that the wind farm is useless. Somebody calculated something wrong!

DeleteWe don't get too many misty or foggy days here but I love it when it happens. I love the pictures you took.
ReplyDeleteNice contrast between misty trees and non misty trees. Fog makes for a special character in the scenery.
