Needle sky

Having to go back a month or so to show these sky photo's because I though it was time I showed some with the churches I visit on the Church Explorer. A few weeks ago I visited St Mary's church in Kidlington near Oxford. The church spire is known locally as Our Ladies Needle I think you can see why.

A view of St Mary's church from the boundary wall with the spire outlined against a blue sky

Looking at the church from the south west with a few fluffy clouds behind

And one from the south with more cotton wool clouds behind.
