Clearly it was an odd week for our sky because on Monday morning I woke up to find the place was covered in Snow
Not the sort of thing I expected to see when I went down to get breakfastFrom the bedroom window the sky looked grey and unyielding but by lunchtime the snow had gone and the rest of the week was mixture of cloud and clear sky's.
Tea time today I looked out and saw these sky's with the sun shining on the houses
You ended up with some powerful and dramatic clouds!!
ReplyDeleteYes they were
DeleteReally pretty skies. Your weather looks dramatic and unpredictable!
ReplyDeleteYou are right about unpredictable
DeleteKind of nice, we don't get snow here.
ReplyDeleteYou do up north
DeleteBeautiful skies there. Love those cloud photos with the sunshiny houses.
ReplyDeleteThat does show up nice
DeleteAmazingly dramatic skies.
ReplyDeleteI liked how that looked that way
DeleteThose clouds looks quite heavy. We too witnessing unusual weather pattern of heavy thunderstorms
ReplyDeleteNo rain though
DeleteThe snow didn't settle here on Monday but it certainly did in your area. Great photos of those dramatic skies.
ReplyDeleteWell it made a change
DeleteYikes and we had snow too, today and it was just miserable outside and seemed more like mid-winter than mid-April. Those clouds were great captures, Billy, and sky photos are a great subject of mine as well.
ReplyDeleteThe sky is never the same, there is always a different view to see with it
Delete...you got snow, that's a bit rare isn't it? I'm glad that snow seems to be in our past, but who knows!
