This is an amazing Mural, it can be seen in the Garden Room of Basildon Park House. It's quite hard to take in at first and the ceiling is even painted like the sky with birds flying overhead.

So what do you think of having that in your back room. Above is a stitch of most of the room which is round.

ReplyDeleteThese are absolutely incredible - love the 'stitch' putting everything in context. YAM xx
That is very detailed. A work of art on it's own.

I like your panoramic view Bill! Although I can stand in the middle and spin round to see it all, I don't ever get to see it all laid out like this! Great photos. I assume that you know that it is actually painted wallpaper, and not painted directly onto the walls as the mural in the Angkor Wat Room is? Glad that you enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThey are glorious!
ReplyDeleteI've been lobbying the Husband for awhile now that we ought to create a jungle mural on one of our bedroom walls. If he sees this, he may finally be inspired to say yes. :-)
ReplyDeleteSimply amazing! Thank you for sharing this :)
