Fishing by the Kennet
Newbury on Sunday, noticed this guy quietly fishing beside the lock in Newbury. He looked quite happy in his own little world away from the rest of the town.
Hari OM HAH and judging by the equipment, he's there for the duration of the floods!! Lovely candid capture - so glad you are back with us Bill! YAM xx

I love this! Yes, simple abundance for sure! Aloha
ReplyDeleteI'd be afraid I'd nod off and fall in the river in that spot! I notice you have a new selfie up for your icon, love it!
ReplyDeleteThat guy looks very relaxed. My husband is an avid fisherman and just loves it. I think it's the only way I can get him to sit still.
ReplyDeleteHe does seem to be enjoying a moment of solitude. Hope you didn't disturb him!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo and choice for OWT ~ thanks ^_^
