Murals along the Underpass


Another view of the Underpass in reading with the murals on it, as you can see it is all the way along. At the end is the River Kennet which was in full flood at the time. I'll post photos in the near future.

  2. A mural in an underpass is always nice to make the sometimes gloomy atmosphere lighter. In this case a better one . Thanks for showing.

    1. I can't argue with what you say, many underpasses are so dull & boreing at least this one give some life to it.

  7. Such colorful paintings are beautiful. Otherwise the underground were just gray.

  10. I don't know the history of this mural. Was it commissioned? Do people just come by and paint? Here in the states a lot of spaces like this have been taken over by graffiti artists. Some of it is quite lovely, others not so much.
