Taken a while ago of a snail creeping along the wall of my house
My dear departed mother taught us that salt trick way back when....we loved it... A wonder nobody grew up to be an axe murdere after taking such glee in destruction :))

DeleteI have a saltwater tank so I get to see snails all the time. One of them just laid about a billion eggs on the glass.
ReplyDeleteNot these, these will eat your plants and saltwater will kill them. What are you going to do with all those eggs
DeleteAmazing photos. Are those its eyes in the "horns"? In the top photo, it looks like it sees you. :-)
ReplyDeleteCould not tell you, I thought they were for senceing things
DeleteFantastic Bill. Excellent.
ReplyDeleteI can see the texture. I've never appreciated a snail before today!
I'm afraid I don't appreciate them or their slug relitives they are just a dam pain being round the garden. Stil the thrushes like them
