Roses

It's only the beginning of May and I noticed some of the roses in our garden are starting to bloom or bloom in one case

Olivia a prolific rose which will keep giving blooms for most of the summer it also has a beautiful perfume to it

It's not just the odd rose blooming the bush is full of them

This is a different rose in bud it will soon be out

Malvern hills is a rambling rose that grows along the patio fence in front of our kitchen the whole fence will be covered in yellow flowers in a day or so

  2. A rose is a queen in the nature. But in my opinion there are so many other blooms too... like we see here.

    Happy MosaicMonday...

  4. Your roses are beautiful! We've never had roses. I think the thorns are a bit scary (I fell in some as a small child). We've got a pale pink clematis here and it was stunning a few days ago. It is just past its best now.

    1. Yes I will give you that Roses can be thorny something I can attest to being ripped by the quite often but you can get thorn-less roses, we have quite a few mainly because buy wife was worried about or dogs getting caught by them (we used to have whippets) and getting cut
